# sminer

> Reads your Claude Code transcripts, finds the corrections you keep repeating, and proposes a hook, CLAUDE.md line or skill for each.

`sminer` (session miner) looks across your Claude Code sessions for the same correction made over and over, and turns each one into a concrete fix. It never edits your config itself: it writes a ranked report and a patch for each finding you accept.

- **Seven detectors**: corrections, interrupts, rewinds, repeated instructions, hook blocks, failure loops and manual fix-ups, grouped by the rule underneath.
- **The right remedy.** Something a path or command can enforce becomes a hook, judgment becomes a CLAUDE.md line, and a procedure becomes a skill.
- **Private by default.** Secrets are redacted, transcripts are never copied, and `--offline` keeps everything local.
- **Proof it worked.** `sminer finding trend` compares each finding's weekly rate before and after you adopted the fix.
