buildkite-plugin-bump

Move every pipeline to docker-compose plugin v5.

Uses: buildkite.bump_plugin, buildkite.plugins

Start a campaign from it, then point it at your organization:

gh fleet init --from buildkite-plugin-bump --org your-org
